  1. Use your wrap or carrier according to the instructions<\/strong> and visually check it before every use.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Never cover your baby\u2019s face with fabric.<\/strong> Make sure your baby has enough fresh air and unobstructed airways. The baby\u2019s head should be turned to the side<\/strong>, and the nose should not be pressed into your body. For small babies, we recommend alternating sides. The baby\u2019s chin should not rest on their chest<\/strong>, allowing free breathing. You should not hear any wheezing or rasping sounds<\/strong>.   3. If your baby cannot yet hold their head up, always support it with the hood<\/strong> (included with the carrier) or with the wrap fabric.<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

  5. Ensure healthy hip development.<\/strong> Your baby\u2019s knees should be higher than their bottom. The fabric of the wrap or carrier should reach from one knee pit to the other. The legs should form the letter \u201cM.\u201d<\/p><\/li>

  6. Always check your baby\u2019s temperature.<\/strong> A wrap or carrier adds an extra layer of clothing, and your body also provides warmth. Keep this in mind when dressing your baby. In cold weather, make sure their head and feet are well protected. In summer, protect your baby from direct sunlight. Watch for signs of overheating or, conversely, getting too cold.   7. Do not use hip carries for longer than about 30 minutes.<\/strong> Such carrying can strain your spine. If necessary, switch sides after this period.<\/p><\/li>

  8. Avoid potentially dangerous activities.<\/strong> Do not cycle, ski, skate, or engage in any risky activities while using a baby carrier or wrap.<\/p><\/li>

  9. Do not let children play with the carrier unsupervised.<\/strong> It could be dangerous (risk of suffocation, slipping, etc.) or damage the carrier.<\/p><\/li>

  10.
