Returns

You have a period of 14 days after the date on which you receive the goods to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason and return the complete and unused goods to us.

You are obliged to return complete and undamaged goods you received on the basis of the contract of sale. Otherwise the refund amount can be reduced by the damage compensation.

Your funds spent on the purchase of goods including shipping costs will be refunded no later than in 14 days since receiving the notice of withdrawal. Refund will take place the same way the payment was done. In case of Payment on Delivery we will return your money back to your bank account.

The return shipping will be at the cost of the customer. Thus we recommend you send the package insured and by registered mail. Consignments on delivery will not be accepted by us. Before shipping, pack the goods carefully to avoid its damage.

The 14 days period for return of goods does not serve as a free testing of the product. The product can only be returned unused and unwashed.

 

Claim

When writing a complaint, please contact us at hello@sestrice.com and describe your problem. We will then discuss the best solution possible. We will do our best to solve your claim as soon as possible, but it can take us 30 days at most.

Goods sent on a complaint should be submitted to evaluation immediately after the fault is detected. Do not send the consignment on delivery, in such case we will not accept it. We recommend you send the package insured and by registered mail. Please attach a copy of an invoice to the consignment.

Before shipping, pack the goods carefully to avoid its further damage. For the complaint we accept only properly cleaned goods, for hygienic reasons.

Immediately after receiving the goods we will send you a complaint protocol and inform you continuously on the whole complaint process.

When the claim is declined we may charge the costs of claim and handling charges. More information on the terms of claim can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
